To book a course you will have to
send us an email
Upon receipt of your completed Booking Form we will confirm via email to you
the date of your first lesson, We reserve the right to refuse an application
should we consider the course is not suitable for a particular individual.
You have the right to cancel your booking within 7 working days from the
date we confirm your booking to you.
You need to read and understand our terms and conditions you can find on our
website and sent to you by email.
We will accept you as a client only if we you accept them; starting the
lessons will be the proof of their acceptance.

Cancellation / Refund
London Speaks French:
We always do our best to provide the best service, however:
Where London Speaks French fails to deliver in accordance with our standards,
then a full refund will be made.
This will be done as soon as possible but with 14 days of the refund being
agreed by London Speaks French
Cancellations will only result in a refund at the discretion of London Speaks
French
Our Clients:
We have a 24h hour policy for any cancellation or the payment of the lesson
will be due.
In the case of a agreement for a period of time, any cancellation before the
term of
this period will cause the payment of a part of this period, depending on the
agreement or contract
with the clients and the duration of enrolling, the non-refundable portion
will be link to this duration.
Terms:
1. The agency acts as an agent in introducing native French or Spanish teachers to the client. The teachers are self-employed and provide their services to the client under a contract for services.
2. The client agrees to engage the services of the teacher for the assignment and the teacher agrees to provide his/her services to the client during the assignment in accordance with this agreement.
3. Whilst every effort is made to give satisfaction to the client by ensuring reasonable standards from the teachers introduced no liability will be accepted by the agency for any loss, expense, damage, delay costs, or compensation which may be suffered by the client or for which the client may become liable as a result of the introduction of the teacher.
4. If the client is not satisfied with the services provided by the teacher the client must notify the agency immediately so that alternative arrangements can be made as necessary.
5. The teacher shall use all reasonable skill and care in the provision of his/her services to the client, co-operate with the client and students and accept direction, supervision and instruction from the client to whom he/she is responsible, conform to the client's rules, regulations and normal practices.
6. The teacher must take all reasonable steps to safeguard his/her safety and the safety of any other person who may be affected by his/her actions on the assignment.
7. Either the client or the teacher may terminate the assignment at any time and shall advise the agency without delay. However any change or cancellation must be communicated to the agency or the teacher by 24 hours before the lesson not to front penaties.
